not that that's stopping this movie from making a lot of money itself. but at least it's making money because it's smart, it's entertaining, and it makes a damn good point about the indoctrination of kids. a day or two after i saw "supersize me" i was passing by a mcdonalds when i heard a little kid, couldn't have been any older than 3, squeal "mcdonalds!!" he'd seen the golden arches and responded appropriately. from the glee in his voice it was apparent that he associated mcdonalds with all things happy, fun, and pure.

then he started singing the jingle.
