friedman's columns are troubling to me - he always seems to make such a good point that i'm never quite sure if i agree or disagree. ehrenreich, on the other hand, is so much less morally ambiguous. it will be a joy to read her columns this month. agreeing with ehrenreich comes almost as easily to me as hating wal-mart.
