dogs!

as i was walking to the metro this morning i noticed a dog looking pretty stressed out, standing around the crowd that was waiting for the elevator. he had a collar on, but his owner was nowhere in sight. the dog kept looking up at people with this look in his face like, "i'm scared shitless but i'm still going to try to intimidate YOU!" in between sniffing around the crowd, he'd look up at someone and bark at them. then he'd go to the corner and look down the street, and bark loudly like he was calling someone.

can't stop thinking about it. probably got run over by a car by now.
